Traditional Cornish Pasties and other Savouries

How do I store my Cornish Pasties?
Pasties are best when enjoyed fresh from the oven. However, if required, they can be stored in a refrigerator and consumed within 72 hours. Alternatively, you may freeze them on the day of purchase for up to 1 month.

How do I reheat/cook my Cornish Pasty?
From Chilled - an already baked pasty.
For best results Pasties should be reheated in a pre-heated oven at 100℃ for approximately 30 minutes. This is only a guide as all appliances vary. Check your pasty is piping hot in the middle prior to consuming.
From Chilled - a part-baked pasty.
Pasties should be cooked in a pre-heated oven at 180℃ for approximately 45 minutes. This is only a guide as all appliances vary. Check your pasty is piping hot in the middle prior to consuming. For best results, brush the top of your pasty with milk or egg wash for a lovely golden finish.

What does each Cornish Pasty contain?
All Cornish Pasties are seasoned to perfection and contain onion, potato and turnip, along with your chosen meat or vegetable filling. A 'Traditional' Cornish Pasty contains Steak as the main filling.

How do you make a Cream Tea the Cornish way?
The number one rule when making your Cornish Cream Tea is jam first, then add a huge dollop of Cornish Clotted Cream.

How do I store my Cream Tea?
For best results, refrigerate your Crem Tea as soon as possible and enjoy within 48 hours...if it lasts that long!

What does each Cornish Pasty contain?
We currently offer a wide variety of freshly baked breads, delivered daily from our family bakery.
The breads that we offer include, white, speckled, granary and wholemeal.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten free options.
Do you make sandwiches to take away?
We make fresh sandwiches and rolls to order using your chosen bread.
